How to order? 
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Items that are not available will be marked as "sold out." Click on your shopping cart and kindly fill in your contact and delivery details. Next, you will be taken to the delivery page wherein you will be asked to pin the exact delivery location and your preferred delivery schedule. Please take note of the following guidelines for deliveries within Metro Manila:
  • Deliveries are scheduled some time between 1:00pm to 6:00pm on your preferred date.
  • You will be informed just in case we cannot accommodate your preferred schedule.
  • Our rider will only attempt to delivery the item TWICE - ones during the preferred schedule and another attempt the next day. Please make sure that someone is at the delivery location to receive your item. 
  • If you or your representative are unable to receive the item for a second time, the transaction will be marked as a "failure of delivery due to customer" and another shipping fee will be required in order to attempt to deliver the item again. 
For shipping outside Metro Manila, the shipping fee and delivery date will be dependent upon our logistics provider LBC Shipping. You will be informed once we have dropped off your item with LBC Shipping and a tracking number will be given to you for reference. 
How to proceed with payment?
After checking out your shopping cart, you will be asked to confirm all your shipping details before proceeding with payment. After you've confirmed, you may choose between either of our payment channels to transfer payment:

We highly encourage that you contact us as soon as you place your order so we can coordinate and confirm your details. Please note that orders can only be held for forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to send payment confirmation within 48 hours will result in your items being removed from your shopping cart and placed back in our available inventory for the public.
Do you have a loyalty rewards program?
We are proud to say that our website has a loyalty rewards program for all our customers. All you have to do is input is your mobile number in order to start accumulating points with each purchase. For more information, kind refer to our loyalty program page. 
We also encourage signing up for your own account and registering your email address. By doing so, you will be able to join our newsletter and receive other membership benefits.
What is your refund/warranty policy?

Please refer to the applicable Return Policy below should you encounter any issues with your purchase. Kindly take note of the following - 

(a) For all Lion Labs Originals

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can notify us of your request through any of our platforms. Kindly send us a video or a picture of the item with a brief explanation of the issue that you encountered. We will only accept returns due to production related issues. If your return is accepted, we shall send you a replacement absolutely free.

(b) For all Glass Products

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. We will only accept the return of glass products if it is proven that the damage to the product occurred during the shipping process. Request for a return of used glass products will automatically be denied. 

(c) For all other Branded Products

The approval for a request to return an item shall be based on the return or warranty policies of the concerned Brand/Company. Lion Labs shall not be liable if the Brand/Company, after a thorough investigation of the issue encountered by you, chooses to reject the claim for a return. Lion Labs shall exert reasonable effort to assist you in facilitating your claim for a return or warranty. However, Lion Labs shall not be responsible for any additional costs that you may incur from such a claim. If you would like to know the return or warranty policy of a specific Brand/Company, kindly get in touch with us through any of our platforms so we can discuss this. 

(d) Other Information

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable or consumable goods, promotional items, and used glass products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds 
Please note that we do not approve any request for a full cash refund of an item. We can only approve a request for a replacement of the same item.
